Lynn Greenfield Property Services Ltd requires one week of the five week deposit in advance to reserve a property. (This is non-refundable if the tenant withdraws from the tenancy.) If the tenancy proceeds this will act as part of the five week deposit.

Your deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent and your rental must be paid in advance.
